PIZZA PIZZA
Since 1967, Pizza Pizza delivers. The Pizza Pizza network is composed of more than 600 traditional and non-traditional restaurants coast to coast. Their organization has become a leader in the quick service segment of the Canadian foodservice industry and one of the top pizza restaurant chains in the country.
PROBLEM:
Pizza Pizza wanted to create an email marketing plan that integrated with it’s other marketing programs. Pizza Pizza main marketing goals were to differentiate Pizza Pizza from its competitors, attract new customers, and build customer loyalty.
ACTION:
We established an email marketing program that gave consumers various offers with Pizza Pizza, rewarding existing customers with special savings, and offers for new customers. These offers often included cross channel promotions with other companies like movie studios or Mattel toys.
RESULTS:
Pizza Pizza saw a significant increase in sales and phone orders from the offers and contests designed and implemented through their email platform.
